Team Lead – Authorizations & Compliance

 

Job purpose(Critical and how your role impacts the company)

To create action plans and proposals/ enhancements for roles/ authorizations for SAP HR, based on audit reports. Failure to make changes would result in findings in audits for compliance topics and cause issues with segregation of duties

 

Managerial Requirements

Required functional skills

At least 3 years relevant work experience in the field of SAP Authorizations (for SAP HR)

Know-how about functional usage and basics of SAP ERP (with focus on SAP HR authorizations)

Understanding of SAP basics: (infrastructure landscapes, SAP jobs, standard tables and transactions)

Ability to analyze and prepare role concepts and proposals for enhancements

Knowledge of Global Role changes, creation, assignment and other security related administrative activities

Good knowledge of Access control, Emergency Access Management, Access Risk Analysis in GRC 10.1

Support the users and internal customers (Team Members) with any access and authorization topics

Very Good experience in support projects (Incident , Change, Problem & service request management)

Understanding of compliance processes in the context of SAP finance and accounting processes

Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to work in shifts.

Training delivery and ensuring strong knowledge transfer along with hands on practice

Ensuring the learner is able to clear the accreditation and is ready for production with desired performance of productivity and accuracy

Keeping himself/ herself updated with application knowledge

Documentation of training – learner, hours, process, performance

Knowledge transfer during transitions

Conduct and organize accreditation for all processes at MGBS

Add all processes of non-accounting and SAP support and services s in scope of accreditation which are currently not done

Build a robust process of functional training and accreditation ensuring quality training is delivered and effective knowledge transfer along with hands on practice to ensure minimal errors / escalations when a new joiner starts production

Work closely with operations and partner with them in catering to business needs and requirements

Managing team of trainers and accreditors ensuring no gaps in training and no lag in accreditation process

Key Responsibilities / Accountability

Screen and update e-learning modules in LCMS.

Record, re-record software and / or review software recordings.

Add text, speaker text and media according to templates and examples in the authoring system.

Re-record software in different languages.

Basic media and video editing.

Timely and comprehensive communication to stakeholders according to defined schedule.

Search media databases for appropriate assets.

Work in close cooperation with House of Learning (international headquarter in Germany).

Proven experience in all aspects of software development and strong programming skills in ABAP.

Work Experience

5 to 8 years professional experience in (SAP) development, preferably with a focus in Financials for on premise or cloud solutions

Preferred

Knowledge of financial processes and applications.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
