Job purpose(Critical and how your role impacts the company)

To create action plans and proposals/ enhancements for roles/ authorizations for SAP HR, based on audit reports. Failure to make changes would result in findings in audits for compliance topics and cause issues with segregation of duties

At least 3 years relevant work experience in the field of SAP Authorizations (for SAP HR)

Know-how about functional usage and basics of SAP ERP (with focus on SAP HR authorizations)

Ability to analyze and prepare role concepts and proposals for enhancements

Knowledge of Global Role changes, creation, assignment and other security related administrative activities

Lead the execution of enterprise-level 6 Sigma and other lean projects in various business areas of the retail vertical like Supply chain planning, E commerce, Logistics, Finance, HR etc. in a matrix organization.

Facilitate top down (with senior executives) and bottom up workshops(with green belts) to identify Business Burning platform and project potentials.

Develop recommendations for the leadership to support attainment of mission goals and requirements.

Coach business team members in 6 Sigma and certifying them as Green Belts and Black Belts in the practical application of the Six Sigma Lean tools to drive significant business impact.

Be an integral part of setting up the Business Process Improvement (BPI).

Demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.

Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization.

Act as a change agent, systematically driving continuous improvement and change throughout the business, setting the pace of change to grow the business and make it more efficient.

This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas area of expertise.

Post completion of project, ensure change management for effective implementation, sustenance and replication.

Collaborate with the corporate BPI team in Dusseldorf, Germany for project execution, workshops and 6 Sigma deployment.

Worked as certified 6 Sigma Black Belt for at least 5 years in diverse domains including retail.

Worked as consultant or as am employee within a reputed organization with senor stake holder management experience.

7+ Years of experience in HR ABAP.

Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation and/or 4 support projects.

Design and problem solving skills, with an inclination towards quality.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.

Should be comfortable to handle team.

Interact with functional team and prepare/provide solution to client.
